ThriveOn Solutions maintains HIPAA-aligned operational practices across all healthcare workforce engagements. While ThriveOn is a workforce infrastructure provider (not a covered entity under HIPAA), we implement technical, administrative, and physical safeguards consistent with the HIPAA Security Rule to protect any Protected Health Information (PHI) that may be encountered in the course of workforce operations.

Safeguards include: encrypted data transmission, role-based access controls, regular security training for all personnel, incident response protocols, and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all applicable partners.
