We built the infrastructure healthcare deserves.

ThriveOn was founded in 2019 by Deepikha Nayyar on a simple conviction: that healthcare workforce deserves the same caliber of technology infrastructure that powers Fortune 500 enterprises.

Before ThriveOn, Deepikha led product strategy and cloud transformation for some of the most demanding organizations in the world, including FedEx, Aflac, Southwest Airlines, Shell, and NRG Energy. She brought that same engineering discipline, AI-native thinking, and relentless execution to healthcare workforce, and built a platform that hospitals, behavioral health networks, and federal agencies trust to keep their teams staffed and their patients cared for.

In April 2026, Deepikha received the Entrepreneurial Excellence Award at the Founders 2.0 Conference at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, recognized for her commitment to turning challenges into results and advancing community through healthcare innovation.
